TERMS & CONDITIONS (IMPROVED)
Effective Date: 1st June 2025
1. Eligibility
• Referrers must be 18+ years and reside in Australia. • Partners must be registered businesses or agencies with a valid ABN.
2. Referral Rewards
• Referrers receive AUD 100 per successful customer sign-up. • A successful referral is defined as a customer who: – Signs up using your referral link or code. – Remains an active customer for minimum 60 days. – Completes the first bill cycle and payment.
3. Reseller Commission
• 20% upfront commission based on initial invoice. • 10% recurring monthly commission for up to 12 months. • Partner must invoice Novel Telecom monthly for earned commissions.
4. Payout Schedule
• Payouts are processed monthly on the 15th for eligible earnings from the previous month. • A minimum threshold of AUD 50 applies for payout processing. • Payments are made via bank transfer to the provided account details.
5. White Label Usage
• Reseller partners may promote services under their own brand. • Novel Telecom retains full rights to its own intellectual property and trademarks.
6. Client Ownership
• Referrals remain clients of Novel Telecom. • Resellers who manage billing and customer service retain client ownership for the duration of the engagement.
7. Termination
• Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. • Novel Telecom may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms. • Payments may be withheld pending investigation of such violations.
8. Amendments
• Novel Telecom reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. • Participants will be notified via email and updates posted on the official website.

10. Compliance
All participants in the Novel Telecom Referral & Partner Advantage Program must comply with all applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, Privacy Act 1988, and Spam Act 2003. Referrers must have the consent of any individual they refer. Spam or unsolicited communication is strictly prohibited. Participants are responsible for declaring any earnings to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Novel Telecom reserves the right to audit referrals and withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud, breach of policy, or non-compliance with these terms.
